Dave Mustaine will be rocking Gibson guitars next time you see him on stage. The Megadeth frontman and shredding legend has announced his new partnership with Gibson.
The new Dave Mustaine Collection will offer acoustic and electric guitars by Gibson, Epiphone and Kramer, including a new acoustic with a rare 24 frets. He’s also joining the Gibson Artist Alliance, where legendary musicians and new talent come together for thought leadership, research and development, mentorship and philanthropic efforts.
"Nobody really knows how much I grew up secretly coveting Gibson products. I think anybody with a right mind would be able to tell cause I play V's and Explorer shaped guitars," Dave says in a statement. I feel I am finally at home with Gibson and I am proud of what we’re building together.”
