Blackberry Smoke recently teamed up with The Allman Betts Band to honor the late Dusty Hill by performing a cover of ZZ Top’s “Jesus Just Left Chicago.” Pro-shot video featuring the tribute to Hill has been shared on Blackberry Smoke’s YouTube channel.
ZZ Top vocalist and bassist Dusty Hill died on July 28. Blackberry Smoke and The Allman Betts Band covered “Jesus Just Lef Chicago” in tribute to Hill during stops of their Spirit Of The South tour in Bridgeport, Connecticut on July 30 and Huber Heights, Ohio on August 1
