Last year, the police paid a visit toSteven Novakof Texas because of his Halloween yard display. His lawn is decorated with extremely realistic mannequins dismembered in different ways and 20 gallons of fake blood. Why did the police show up in 2020?It was so realistic, neighbors made multiple calls to 911 thinking they had seen a crime scene. After having the cops called on him, he’s responded by making this year’s decorations twice as disturbing as last year’s. As for the police, they’ve told Novak they’re okay with his displays.
